We're building for the urban millennial who's serious about love and tired of the apps. You’ve seen us in TechCrunch, Business Insider, the New York Times, or maybe on a billboard - and we’ve raised from M13 and 16z (speedrun). As we expand into new cities, we’re looking for a City Partnerships Manager to help us bring our vision to life on the ground.
The Role
We’re seeking a detail-oriented, creative, and execution-driven City Partnerships Manager to support the growth of Sitch’s partnerships and city activations. This person will work closely with the Partnerships Lead to operationalize our partnership strategy, manage logistics for city launches and reactivation weeks, and ensure our partner experiences are delivered seamlessly. This is a builder role: perfect for someone who thrives in a fast paced startup, loves getting into the managing details, and wants to see their creative work come to life in real-world experiences.
What You’ll Do
Execute Partnerships & Events
Own day-to-day logistics for partnership activations, city launches, and reactivation weeks (timelines, run-of-show, checklists, vendor/partner coordination).
Serve as the primary point of contact for partner deliverables once strategy is set by the Partnerships Lead.
Coordinate with internal teams (design, social, CX, product) to ensure all partnership assets are executed on time.
Content & Asset Support
Manage creation and delivery of partnership assets (emails, flyers, social posts, signage).
Work with design on brand-critical assets and handle templated/basic production (e.g., resizing, light edits, pulling images).
On-Site Execution
Support in-person activations by managing check-in, signage, partner placement, and capturing content.
Act as an on-the-ground extension of the Partnerships team, ensuring activations run smoothly.
Process & Reporting
Maintain partnership trackers, asset libraries, and run-of-show documents.
Collect learnings and metrics from each activation to help optimize and templatize future events.
Assist with compiling post-event recaps and ROI reporting.
What We're Looking For
2–4 years of experience in partnerships, events, marketing, or project coordination (startup or agency experience is a plus).
A “get it done” operator — detail-oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple moving pieces.
Strong communicator with proven ability to manage partner relationships professionally.
Comfortable rolling up your sleeves: from updating spreadsheets and pulling assets to helping set up on-site.
Basic design/content skills (Canva, Figma, or Adobe) a plus.
Excitement for the dating, lifestyle, or consumer tech space — you believe in what we’re building at Sitch.
Willing and able to travel.
